Celebrating a Visionary Leader – Comrade Bishop Amakiri’s Birthday with YPP Family

On this remarkable day, the Young Progressives Party (YPP) proudly celebrated the birthday of its esteemed National Chairman, Comrade Bishop Amakiri—a leader, visionary, and inspiration to millions of Nigerians. The day was filled with love, joy, and memorable moments that showcased the unity and strength of our great party.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CELEBRATION
1. Early Morning Wake-Up Tribute (7:00 AM)
The celebration began with a heartwarming surprise at the residence of our National Chairman. The Director of ICT, Engr. Adeniyi Adebote, led a small team to wake him up with songs of praise and a specially customized birthday song composed in his honor. This early morning gesture set the tone for a day filled with gratitude and joy.
2. Office Reception & Congratulations (9:30 AM)
Upon arrival at the YPP National Secretariat, Comrade Bishop Amakiri was welcomed with vibrant music, dance, and cheers from party staff, members, and leaders. The environment was charged with excitement as well-wishers took turns congratulating the Chairman, taking pictures, and sharing in the happiness of the moment.
3. Orphanage Home Visit (11:30 AM)
In his usual philanthropic spirit, the National Chairman, accompanied by members of the National Working Committee (NWC), visited an orphanage home in Abuja. He shared quality time with the children, offered prayers, and blessed them with gifts in commemoration of his birthday. He further pledged to make such visits a regular act of love—not just on his birthday.
4. Evening Surprise Celebration (5:00 PM)
The day culminated in a grand surprise birthday party organized in honor of the National Chairman. The event, which brought together YPP members, party staff, NWC and NEC members, founding fathers of the party, and members of the Board of Trustees (BOT), was filled with laughter, heartfelt tributes, and dancing. It was a true celebration of leadership, humility, and service.
