YPP.NG Terms of Use

Ypp.ng (also referred herein variously as “site,” “we,” or “us”) offers this site, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all these Terms of Use (“TOU”). By accessing or using this site, you are a “User,” and you agree to abide by these TOU as a legally binding agreement. These TOU grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access Ypp.ng and to use Ypp.ng solely in compliance with these TOU. If you do not wish to be bound by these TOU, you may reject these TOU by immediately terminating all access and use of Ypp.ng in which case ay continuing access or use of Ypp.ng is unauthorized.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, including the features, availability, or operation of the site, these TOU, or any policy or notice posted on the site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to the site, and your continued use of this site following the posting of changes means that you agree to and accept the changes.

You affirm that you can form legally binding agreements under applicable law, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these TOU, and to qualify under, abide by, and comply with these TOU.

All of the information presented on this site is for informational purposes only. This section of these TOU does not govern content that may be provided by Ypp.ng Users, which content is addressed below. Regarding content that is provided by Young Progressives Party (YPP), you may access, copy, download, and print such content contained on the site only for your personal and noncommercial use, provided you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice that appears on the material you access, copy, download or print. Any other use of Young Progressives Party (YPP) provided content on Ypp.ng, including but not limited to the modification, distribution, transmission, performance, broadcast, publication, licensing, reverse engineering, transfer, or sale of, or the creation of derivative works from, any material, information, software, or services obtained from the site, is expressly prohibited. Use of the Website: Submission Guidelines

You acknowledge that you are responsible for any content you may submit via the site, including the legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright of any such content. Content refers to the information and data you post on our site, including comments, electronic files, and personally-identifiable information.

When registering for an account or establishing a profile, you agree that you will create a personal account with your real name; keep your information accurate and up to date; not provide false or misleading personal information; not create an account for others without their permission; are at least 18 years old; not use this site if you are prohibited from doing so by any applicable laws; not use this site if you are on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons; not disclose your password to others, let anyone log in with your account, or otherwise jeopardize your account’s security; and not transfer your account to anyone else under any circumstance.

Indemnification

By using this site, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Young Progressives Party and its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, subcontractors and suppliers, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising or resulting from your use of Ypp.ng and any violation of these TOU. If you cause a technical disruption of the site or the systems transmitting the site to you or others, you agree to be responsible for any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising or resulting from that disruption. Young Progressives Party (YPP) reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and, in such case, you agree to cooperate with Young Progressives Party (YPP) in defense of such matter.

Jurisdiction

The site is controlled by Young Progressives Party (YPP) from its offices within Nigeria. This site has been designed to comply with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria and International Laws. The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria govern these TOU and your use of the site. If you choose to access the site from a location outside the Nigeria, you do so at your own risk and with the understanding that laws applicable in your location may not be applicable to this site. By using Ypp.ng, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of courts located in the Federal Republic of Nigeria for any action to enforce these TOU.

Entire Agreement

This agreement and any posted policies or operating rules constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement will remain in place.
